In 1985 Mike Ghiringhelli and Ed Ferrero became business partners and started Ghiringhelli's Pizzeria in their hometown of Fairfax, CA. Two years later they opened up a small 1500 square foot USDA facility designed to help schools in California raise money with their Pizza Fundraising Program. Soon after they started the journey of making natural food products for the retail and foodservice industry.

Mike and Ed have always remained faithful to their original vision of offering natural high quality food. Their niche has been private label manufacturing, with Chef inspired foods that aspire to creativity, and offering their clientele superior hands-on service and attention to detail.

Today they operate a new 50,000 square foot plant recently built in Vallejo, California and offer custom designed private label fresh and frozen food across the United States.

The original pizzeria is now being operated by the second generation of family.
